List of Phone Apps Not my usual subject, but I thought it might be interesting to list some of the Apps I’ve got on my phone, especially reference Apps. So here’s a list of a few apps I’ve got and their usage. All apps are from the Google Store and are for Android phones. I…
Instead of our usual trip to Egypt in October we decided to go to Mauritius for 2 weeks. This was broken down to a week in the South of the Island at Heritage Awali Golf and Spa Resort in Bel Ombre, 4 days at Aanari Hotel & Spa in Flic en Flac on the West…
Our final destination was Didima Camp in the Didima valley where we hoped to do some walking. The first walk was going to be Rainbow Gorge, but after setting out and getting to the top of the hill we realised that we had already drunk most of the water and with the oppressive heat it…

Walking around the gardens we managed to see the following. The next morning after a leisurely breakfast it was on to St. Lucia. What an…

From the Panorama Route we travelled to Kruger National Park. We had 4 nights in the park and stayed at 2 different camps. The 1st camp was Oliphants overlooking the Oliphants river. It would have been great to sit and eat overlooking the river but this wasn’t possible due to the unusually high winds whilst…
